Vækstværk is operated by Moselstudio ApS, Danish company no. 46617762, Skovbakken 10, 5700 Svendborg, Denmark, +45 25 36 76 55. The company controls account, sales, website and operational data and processes connected customer-system data on the customer's behalf.
Data, purposes and legal bases
We process contact and company details, workspace configuration, integration metadata, usage events, audit logs and customer-selected analysis or content data to provide, secure, support and bill for the service. Contract, legitimate security interests, legal duties and separate consent are used as applicable.
Integrations, AI and vendors
Only customer-authorised accounts and scopes are accessed. Credentials are encrypted and workspace data is not used for general model training by default. Activated functions may use Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend and a selected AI provider, with a valid transfer mechanism where required.
Retention and rights
Free reports are deleted within 90 days. Other data is retained only as required for operations, security, contract or law. Individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection and may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Security and changes
Controls include tenant isolation, role-based access, encryption, logging, rate limits and approval gates. Material changes are communicated through the service or registered contact channel.
